CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

PARFUMELLA FLOWERS sells perishable flower arrangements. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us the soonest. Orders can be canceled 24 hours before the time of scheduled delivery.

Your purchase is final and nonrefundable. No Product may be returned except if it’s damaged products. We do not accept any Product exchanges. If the product arrives damaged, PARFUMELLA FLOWERS will provide a replacement product if the original damaged product is returned by you and received by PARFUMELLA FLOWERS within 24 hours of the original shipment date.

Provided that PARFUMELLA FLOWERS confirms that your product was a damaged product and was returned in accordance with this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we will send a replacement product. In the event that PARFUMELLA FLOWERS is unable to provide a replacement product, PARFUMELLA FLOWERS may at its sole discretion elect to refund the credit card used for purchase in the original amount of the purchase.

If a replacement product is issued, we cannot guarantee that the replacement product will contain exactly the contents or will have the same theme as the originally shipped product.
